Conditions of use and points of information:
1. No letting. Caravans are intended for use only by immediate family and close friends. We ask that you notify us before allowing anyone to use the caravan.
2. In case of sale, the caravan must be sold off site unless we are able to buy back from you.
Any caravan which is otherwise disposed of will be removed from the site.
3.There is only one car parking space per caravan. Extra spaces are very limited. Please ask beforehand if you know that you will need an extra space.
4.Please do not bring pets to the site before first discussing with ourselves. On site, a pet must be
· Kept under control at all times
· Toileted off site
· Not cause a nuisance, noise or otherwise to ourselves or other caravan owners
5. No ball games or frisbee on the green – purely to avoid damage to caravans.
6. Please notify us, preferably by email, if someone other than you will be using the caravan.
7. If you are giving the address of the caravan for mail, please specify your Plot number.
8. With regard to refuse, large items for disposal should be taken to the nearest civic amenity site, please recycle wherever possible (bins are provided) and always wrap waste hygienically and securely.
